We also provide evaluation coaching for those who need a little more personalised help.

An evaluation coaching session is ideal for those in need of extra help defining their evaluation plans, or those who aren’t sure they have chosen the right method, or who would love to chat through the best options of data collection tools for their project.

Evaluation coaching is aimed at organisations who don’t want to engage an external evaluator but would like personalised support, training and guidance in their evaluation strategy and implementation.

In an evaluation coaching session, you set the direction. You tell us what you want help with, and we will support you by answering your questions and asking you a few to help you in your thinking. We will also send you useful resources and tips by email after the session.
You may only want one session, or you may prefer to schedule a series of regular sessions.

Your coaches are Maria Tchan & Dr Allison Salmon - both coaches have the skills, knowledge and practical experience with over 35 years combined experience in the research and evaluation fields.
